• Guys,

I am using the VerySimpleStart theme which comes with a button in the header slider area (Header is a scrolling image). I would like for this to happen when I click the “Call To Action” button: -The page scrolls down to blog part of the page

In the custom theme area, I can assign where this button takes me (i.e. a URL).
Is there a way I can use the URL to make it scroll down? Or do I need to go into the code to edit?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Regards,

    Hello there,

Thank you for downloading our theme!

You can use anchoring to jump on specific location on page, in the Call to action button you can set this by going to Theme Options > Customize Your Site > Header area > Header Slider > scroll to “URL for your call to action button” and enter value #primary .

You can find more details about anchoring on the following link:

    I hope it helps.

    Regards,

Is there a way to set the “URL for your call to action button” to something that will not cover up the title on the page? When I set my URL to either primary or content it covers up the title and I want that shown!?

We are not sure how the title is covered on the page, could you please send us a link to your website so that we could take a look?

    Thanks
