Hey @fatcatapps – we’re having issues with lists not showing up after providing a valid authentication. After entering the new code, the WP validation fails with the post to request available lists.

    The payload is the following:

    action:fca_eoi_aweber_get_lists
    aweber_authorization_code: XYZ...
    post_id:3311

No response is sent back and server logs show nothing. Is there a suggested remedy?

    Hello there,

Sorry for the slow response. Let’s see what we can do.

What do you see when this issue happens? I take it you’re getting a red x when inputting your code? Let me know if you see a green check, or it is continually spinning though.

We’ll also want to rule out the possibility of any conflicts with your plugins or theme. To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except [Plugin] and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

Be sure you are testing a new connection attempt with a new Auth Code each time.

You can put your site back as it was, and get back to us with details. Let us know if you found a conflict and what with. We’ll see what we can do from there.

    Hello there,

Been a while, we wanted to inquire if you had made any progress on this issue or if we could be of further assistance.

I saw you also filed a ticket on our site with some additional details. If the call to admin_ajax fails, it’s often a conflict preventing our ajax script from running properly. If not we’ll see what else we can do for you, but we can’t do much until we verify that there is no interference from other software.

Hope you’ve had luck with this. If we don’t hear from you in a while we’ll come mark this resolved.

    Regards,
