Call to undefined function as_has_scheduled_action()

This is most likely a conflict.

We had so far one similar report and it turned out that the conflict was with WP Mail SMTP plugin (a Pro version only!) which was using outdated version of Action Scheduler back then. With Forminator using the latest one, it was creating a conflict.

Do you by any chance have WP Mail SMTP Pro active on site? If yes, check if disabling it removes the error.

If you don’t us it, then there’s a good chance there’s another plugin causing similar conflict so a full conflict test would be necessary in this case

– switch theme to e.g. Twenty Twenty-Three or Twenty Twenty-Four
– disable all plugins except Forminator
– issue shoudl go away then
– enable your original theme back and test again
– and if it still doesn’t happen, start enabling plugins back one-by-one, after each one checking for the issue.

The last enabled plugin right before issue starts to happen again would be the most likely cause of conflict and knowing about it we could then check if it’s something that could be fixed on our end or if it needs to be reported to that plugin support.

Thank you for response, now I had idea what to look for.
So first tierd to disable wp-mail-smp (free version) nothing happened.
Looked at plugins directory how many plugins has this included

And had fun activating them one by one.

Replaced “action-scheduler” folder from you plugin, workign fine.
Should I report issue to them? Fact is, I got fatal error only when forminator and this plugin is active, all other combinations was working fine.
