Call to undefined function schedule_yoast_tracking()

including wpseo-functions.php at the beginning of the file (plugins/wordpress-seo/inc/wpseo-non-ajax-functions.php) works for me:
require_once( WPSEO_PATH . 'inc/wpseo-functions.php' );
.

Same here with WP 3.8. Commenting out schedule_yoast_tracking( null, get_option( ‘wpseo’ ) ); in wpseo-non-ajax-functions.php on line 29 works for me. But this is a quick and dirty workaround, of course.

You need to reinstall the plugin. There is an update for the plugin.
