  • Hi sanderjansma,

If you are using Shopp Image Tools 1.3 then you will also need Shopp 1.3 – otherwise you will need to revert to an earlier version of the plugin, I’m afraid.

Note also that Shopp Image Tools 1.3 removes direct image support (since this is baked into Shopp 1.3 itself) so if that’s one of the reasons you are using the plugin then, again, you’d need to move back to an earlier version.

Hope that helps/clarifies things – and sorry for the inconvenience.

Is there a way to download an earlier version of the plugin, since I can’t upgrade Shopp to 1.3 due to technical issues?

Yes, you certainly can – if you go here you’ll basically see a list of all the various versions, so 1.1.2 or earlier are going to be the ones you are interested in.

No problem at all – sorry for any disruption.
