Call Us not Displaying

Hi, I am also having problem putting my phone number and custom text in. I would like it to say “Call Us Today (my phone number)” on the home page banner and on all inside banners.

As suggested, I made and uploaded a solid black spa-tag.png image. On the home page, it now some times shows solid black but sometimes a white square with some unknown text behind it, sometimes a square with the slider image behind it, sometimes a black grid with the slider image behind it. No phone number shows at all.

On the inside pages, I either get a solid black square or a solid white square with two layers of text on top of one another (my text + default text) and then the default phone number.

I’ve gone through your website ,and found that In all pages except Home the Call Us Today and the phone number works good.
In the Home Page Some line of code is missing in your website.So the phone number is not displaying.
Follow these simple changes ..
=>Go to index-slider.php
=>Find the code ‘<span>Call us today<p></p></span>’
=>Replace with this<span>Call us today<p><?php echo $current_options['call_us']; ?></p></span>
=> Save This.
=> Now Go to Option Panel > General Tab > Call Us Number,Enter your Number Here.
=> Save the changes.

I must be missing something (mentally!). I replaced the code in index-slider.php with the code you provided above. And Saved. However, when I go to my Options Panel >General Tab I do not have anything that says Call Us Number. The only choices I have are Custom Logo, Custom Favicon and a box for custom CSS. ??
Also, My site is now showing a white square box on the home page and on all the inside pages where the Call Us should be. I’ve tried two computers and Fire Fox and Safari browsers with same result. What am I doing wrong?

Have you Edited or hard coded anything in the themes files?

If not then Pl update your version to 1.3.2

Else You have to again code for it.

I haven’t hard coded anything in the files that I can think of. Just lots of CSS changes made in the CSS editing box. I won’t lose them will I?

No If you have done CSS changes in the CSS Editor (Plugin) .You will not lose them.
Take a backup of the current version of the theme.
Download the new (1.3.2) version and install it on your server and activate it.

Ok, back to square one. Just upgraded to newest version of spasalon.
Uploaded a plain black square into images file called spa-tag.png to replace the pink hanging tag graphic.
In Options panel entered my phone number. Just getting a big white square. Can you help? Thank you,

Where you are getting BIG WHITE square in Option Panel?

Not in Options Panel, on the Home Page Banner and all inside banners….where the pink hanging call us sign used to be.
