call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback

    i just installed a wordpress site, after minutes i got this error :
    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘pros_spinner_admin_edit’ not found or invalid function name in /home/solarg10/public_html/carpartssite.com/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 524

    how can i fix this ? ( i do not have any experience with coding )

  • That’s something in the plgin (I’m assuming that it’s a plugin at least) that’s called “pro spinner”.

    The error basically says that there’s a callback function needed, but that function wasn’t passed into the core WordPress functions so it can’t be used.

    The resolution is to disable (if possible) or delete (if needed) that plugin from your site. If you can’t access it using the admin area, you can delete the files using FTP.

    hello ! its the prosociate amazon plugin it has a text spinner capabilities, i can not disable the plugin as i have to keep the products, is there any other solutions ?

    If you *must* keep that plugin the only solution is to go back to the author/vendor for support and get it fixed. As it’s a commercial plugin no one here has access to the code, and part of what you’ve paid for is for support for issues like this.
