• We had BruteProtect running for a while with the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Quickpay.

    When we updated JetPack to latest version and activated JetPack Protect as replacement for BruteProtect, WooCommerce orders timed out, because WooCommerce did not notice the callback from QuickPay.

    We tried white-listing the QuickPay IP, but it had no effect.
    The access log from the webserver shows the callback is valid.

    I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.

    Does the problem disappear when you deactivate the Protect module?
