    We are using the cardsave redirect payment plugin and generally it works without any problems however occasionally when a payment has been approved by the payment processor the order status fails to get changed to order completed meaning that the customer fails to receive a receipt.

    I’m fairly sure this is an issue with the security settings on the users machine prohibiting the callback but has anyone else found this problem or worked out what would be causing it.

    Hi Andy,

    I’m having the exact same problem – fairly often (more often than I would like…) customers don’t receive notification emails and as a result orders aren’t processed.

    We also use the Cardsave re-direct in wp-e-commerce. I have spoken to Cardsave in the past and they’ve always been super helpful with other problems, however I wasn’t 100% sure that the Cardsave re-direct was the problem this time…

    If anyone else finds a solution I’d love to know it!

    Hi Jedisha, I’ll contact Cardsave, thanks for that. My believe is it’s caused by security settings on the customers computer prohibiting the call back, which I doubt there is much we can do about.

    make sure cardsave updates their plugin to work with the latest WPEC.
    They can use the paypal gateway in core files as a reference.
