    I apologize for the late reply but I’m on vacation and I don’t have often internet access.

    Is the plugin installed at the moment?

    Hi! Yes the plugin is installed and activated!
    I think we are missing something in the original wordpress theme so that your code could be inserted in our page… but I don’t know what it is…

    It does not appear to be installed and activated. I can not see the code, inside your website, generated by the activation.
    Do you have a cached plugin installed?
    if so, please delete the cache and see what happens
