That’s weird and I’m not sure what that’s about.

In the future you can report that to the plugins team for investigation via [email protected] but don’t in this case. I already did just now.

Edit: The email portion seems to be not there anymore but phoning home isn’t allowed and that’s what I reported.

Jan Dembowski Kindly please Keep us updated on this I am clueless with this sort of thing (and code) totally newbie I just simply wanting a plugin… however it was as mentioned a review of Icegram I saw over on Youtube and the person mentioned this not cool phone home thing over on Quora forum people had seen etc.
Hence I am hesitant to install this plugin IF phone home function is in this still and if it is than totally out of order!
*So seems it has this still? If so needs to be reported and people getting this warned as very underhand
How would one remove this code manually? No idea what bits to start and end

The review and code you are referring to is very old.
The code is already removed about 2 years ago.
You can check any where in plugin this code is not there.
You can go ahead and use plugin.
