calling posts from rss help needed…

  • title, link description, pubdate…

    firstly when i am calling the pubdate, see here michaelnorris.co.uk/index.php?page=blogc, it always displays the 1st January, not the date it was published.

    secondly, where can i find a list of all the other fields that i can call from the rss?
