Callout contact it’s not displayed with mobile version site

Yes indeed in the simulations (both with online tools and locally) the callout contact appears in all the devices, but in many real situations this occurs:

I think it maybe conflicts plugin issue like a jetpack, please deactivate plugin one by one then check your website.

Hi Imran,
The guilty plugin was WPtouch Mobile Plugin (version 4.3.28 was installed). Disabling it the callout appears.
