Callrail Form Tracking Broken

  • Hi,

    Callrail is a tool that tracks phone calls and form submissions. Last month the form tracking feature worked great with contact form 7, but after the last update the form tracking is completely broken.

    I’ve spent weeks with support staff to fix this but no luck, best advice was to check the documentation at https://apidocs.callrail.com/#form-submission110 but I couldn’t get it to work.

    Any help with this? I might have to revert to an old CF7 plugin version.

    I too am curious of this. I did recall it working at some point. Now they want you to use their 3rd party forms and we don’t want the data hosted on a 3rd party.

    I was sent a survey today asking about their forms but instead I emailed them asking for this integration to work.
