CalPress Pro – Images not showing in Event Details

Hello,
I am running CalPress Pro – Developer Version 1.6

We are trying to add images to the event details and they are either not appearing or in the place of images we are seeing a bunch of
tags.

I have a support ticket in at https://support.calpresspro.com however, I am seeing quite a few posts that no support is being offered.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
