calssified ads match notification

Hi there,

Just wanted to know if i can use this in a classified ads or real estate site where buyers can also post what they want to buy, and if a seller posts that item, then a notification is sent to the buyer. Similarly if a seller posts an item with an existing want to buy post, the seller is notified about the requirement. Is this plugin capable of doing that? Please advise. Thanks in advance
