Cambiar decimales/changing decimals

Hola, me parece muy buen plugin, y por ser gratuito tambien el hecho de que a cambio 7% de los plugin pasen al creador. Tengo una consulta: como hago para cambiar los decimales de la moneda del pais donde vivo? Vivo en Japon, y aqui no hay decimales, los precios me salen asi: ￥38280.00 y quisiera que me salgan asi: ￥38,280 con la coma y sin los dos ultimos ceros. que codigo le tendria que agregar? De antemano muchas Gracias.
