• Hi Guys,

    We noticed that our token has expired for the Linked In company Updates. But when we try to regenerate a new token and allow access from Linked In, we are redirected back into WordPress where we are asked to generate a Campaign Monitor token?

    We are not using Campaign Monitor anymore so wonder if there is a way around this step?

    Hi! Thanks for writing the forums.

    Sounds like the one of the first symptomatic moments is when the prompt comes to generate a Campaign Monitor token.

    What is the exact syntax of the message that says to generate a token? And at what moment does it appear?

    I mean what are the last few mouse-clicks and/or keyboard strokes, that lead up to being asked to generate a token, and thereupon, what is the exact message that’s seen?

    If you can link to a screenshot of the symptom, that might help too!

    Looking forward to learning more about this.

    Hi MJassen,

    thanks for the speedy response.

    Can you tell me how to attach images to this ticket?

    Jenny

    @jennyfogarty

    sure- to attach an image, first upload an image somewhere on the ‘net.

    Then, paste the link here in the thread.

    If its a trusted service like cloudup.com or imgur.com , then one only has to paste the link only and it’ll become auto-embedded when submitted.

    If its another source, then speaking from at least one experience, one may have to put it in an img tag, e.g.:
    <img src="https://external-site.com/uploads/file-name-here.png" alt="funny meme of puppy" />
