    Hello,

    There is an error in the integration log:

    {"Code":400,"Message":"Failed to deserialize your request.\r\nPlease check the documentation and try again.\r\nFields in error: subscriber"}

    There is a checkbox in the form, only when it is checked, there is no error.

    How can this be fixed?

    We have a few questions regarding your issue to help us troubleshoot:

    1. Did you use a “checkbox” field or an “acceptance” field in Contact Form 7?
    2. If you used a checkbox, is it a single select or multiple select field?
    3. Which field type you are using in campaigns momitor?
    4. Is the field marked as required in Campaign Monitor?

    Hi, Thanks for getting back to me.

    To your questions:

    1. I am using a “checkbox” field [checkbox add-to-nl use_label_element "accept newsletter"]
    2. it’s a single select
    3. Campaign monitor fields are: Email, Name, Activity and Authorized to send – form fields on the left, CM fields on the right:
      your-email => Email Address
      your-name => Name
      activity => Activity
      add-to-nl => Authorized to send
    4. The field is not marked as required in CM

    We have resolved the issue on our end, and it will be included in the next update of Bit Integrations.
