Campaign not showing any funded amount after completing order

    Hello

    I have setup WP Fundraising to work with Woocommerce, which I am currently testing using the payment setting “Cash on Delivery”.

    The issue I have is that after completing an order on the website via checkout, and then setting the order status to “Complete” in Woocommerce admin, the campaign does not show the new funded amount (i.e. still shows $0).

    Any idea what may be preventing the order amount from appearing as a pledge towards the campaign goal total?

    Hi Anthony Froio,

    This is expected behavior. You have to manually change the status of donation too.

    Once you change the order status in woocommerce, edit the donation campaign -> Go to donation list section –> [In Review/In Process] tab -> find the donation and change the status as success. [https://prnt.sc/t9kcj6]

    All offline payment goes in-process state and all online payment goes to in-review state.

    Ah I see it now!

    It wasn’t obvious to me before because I had to click on “In Process” first, in order to see where to set “Success”.
