We don’t have a shortcode exactly like that yet, but we’re working on it:

However, there may be a few solutions in the interim:

1) There is a snippet to create a “Custom Archive” page: https://github.com/WordImpress/Give-Snippet-Library/blob/master/customized-templates/archive-give_forms.php
2) Use a theme that support this out of the box like “Bethlehem” or “Nonprofit”: https://givewp.com/demos/
3) Use the “Grid” developed by a third-party that displays donation forms in a similar format: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/give-donation-grid-addon/
