Can a feed be too big?

    I’m running into an occasional feed time out on WP.

    Memory is fine.

    I publish a lot of photographs which are hosted externally off WP.

    Current feeds displayed is 10.

    My host says there is no issue on their end.

    I’m aware other people have had issues with plugins like YARPP interfering with feed validation.

    Aside from plugins –

    My question is:

    Does if anyone knows if 1000-2000 page articles with 4-5 photos in them could or should be causing this?

    Or is text length and photograph content irrelevant in getting timeouts on the feed only?

    i dun think the feed will cause any issue. if you do have memory allocation issues in the future, you can always ask your hosting provider to increase it.
