Can a form field "Choise" be prepopulated …

I’m using a form on a page and the entered data is stored using the plugin Contact Form DB.
After submitting the form I redirect to the same page and populate a table with data from the just sent form.
This works fine but my question is if I can reduce data for the drop down list based upon how data has already been chosen.
The task is to avoid duplicates but to make it a little bit more complicated data should be limited when 2 choises has been made for each “vecka” entry.
Confusing, most likely, but by looking at my test page it might be more clear.
