• Hi all,
I am trying to have the URL of the posts in my blog section be sub/child items of my blog section. For instance, localhost/news/post-title/. /news is my blog section, and I am currently getting localhost/post-title/ and I don’t know how to change it. How do I do that?

I have sub item *page* URL’s which behave normally when assigned a parent , but *posts* seem to have no easy setting to assign a parent that I could find.

    Thanks in advance!

PS: is there some simple way to turn on breadcrumb links in Vantage that I have overlooked? I would like to have them enabled on some pages.

Also, I have the latest posts carousel enabled on my homepage. It is a plain gray box even though I have added a photograph to that blog post which is links to. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I hate to re-promote this post, but I am still not sure how to fix this. Could anyone at least point me in the right direction? Is this a theme issue or a post taxonomy issue, or both?

Also, the latest post plugin seems to be a standard item on this theme, but it just doesn’t display any images from the listed posts. This seems to be a simple bug but I sure don’t know how to fix it. Anyone??

Ah, I just realized that the custom taxonomy only applies itself to posts and not to pages, which solves that problem.

Now it’s just the imageless latest post widget that I need assistance with.

Here are some photos to aid the process. The problem is with the “Latest Posts” carousel style. I have it enabled on my homepage to draw folks into our latest news updates.

Here’s what the posts look like:

But the latest posts carousel looks like this, with no images:
