Can a user creates note under my account per order number?

  • if a user wants to add notes to an order under my account per order, how would he/she do it?
    Notes should be stored under orders within woo-commerce notes section for admin to review.

  • Hi @cfx3223,

    It’s pity that our plugin currently only supports store owners to create private notes or notes for customers. Customers are just able to view notes from store owners but can’t take a note to store owners.

    Thank you for your suggestion. I will send your idea to our dev to consider whether to add this feature in our next version plugin or not
