cannot access general settings

    Does it give you an error message, or what does it do when you click on General Settings?

    nothing, it just doesn’t open but my browser is processing the link but ….I tried deactivating and then reactivating and even deleting the plugin and installing again. I deactivated the ithemes security plugin but didn’t make any difference?

    this happened after I tried to disconnect the google analytics. this may have something to do with it?

    Hi Avani,

    Try deleting and reinstalling the plugin from the WordPress plugin repository, and let me know if that helps at all. There’s a handy Reset All Options button that might help in cases like this, but unfortunately that button is on the General Settings screen.
