Can Admin Make Reservation from Backend?

    Since we’re still having problems with our “SUBMIT” button on our on-line conference room calendar disappearing, can you give me the steps to reserve the conference room on the backend of the system? I can get to the screen where I can review existing reservations, but don’t see where I can place a reservation.

    Hello,

    Please send an email to [email protected] and our support team will help you to fix the issue regarding the “Book now” button.

    Reservations can be also added from backend from Pinpoint >Reservations >select your calendar > click on “Add new reservation”.
