I want the admin to be able to bid on that member if that member can’t access the website, on the auction history that member’s name will also add a symbol to know that member bid through admin.

  • Hi @huanth,

Users must log in/register on the admin site to place a bid on the auction product. If User-A login/registers on the admin site and places a bid on the auction product, The username of User-A will be displayed in the bid history table. There is no option available in the auction plugin that one user can place a bid on behalf of another user. If the admin wants to place a bid on behalf of another user, the admin needs to log in with that user account and place a bid.

    Thank You

    Thanks @payalrajyaguru for your answer.

@huanth , we do hope your question has been answered. It seems that you want a feature where admin using his own login places bid with username and amount of other user. This might seem easy but since the bidding logic is complex such features would require considerable development.

    Regards,
    Nitesh
