Can another role edit timers?

Is there a way to give other roles access to edit timers? I would like another role to be able to go in and update a timer but is that possible? I would not like to have another user have Admin role just to edit the timer. Is there any other role or can I create a customer role? What capabilities does a custom role need to edit the timers?
