    I just checked these and some one is trying to access these. can any one tell me how to protect these from cpanel?

  • Where are you getting this information from?

    You could just change the the URL to log into your site.. to Url.com/secret or whatever.

    If it’s a database attack your host provider would certainly help you with this.

    MAri i am getting this info from statpress. I changed my default login long back. I am using Ithemes security with anti malware by ELI.

    I tried installing ninza firewall and i got error when i test firewall.
    I tried installing WPSecureOps Easy Firewall and i got error that
    Error: .htaccess is not writable, Password protected areas is disabled!
    To be able to enable it (without needing to make .htaccess writable), fill in your FTP details:

    I disabled XML-RPc and trackbacks and pingbacks. No there is no .htaccess in my public_html. Only back ups taken by ninja firewall are there. So i am bit worried about it.

    I uploaded .htaccess files there but they are not showing even after i select Show dot files. Is there any way to view these .htaccess files in cpanel?
