Can anyone add topics

  • Hello,
    I have a few questions:

    1) Is WordPress capable of allowing random users to create topics and leave comments as well without creating ID’s for them thus making them authors? If not, is athere a plugin that can do that?

    2) I answer to above is yes, can I have the ability to assign the topic a certain category then approve it?

    3) Can I have a direct link of my WordPress blog on social media networks like Facebook and Twitter?

    3) What plugin do I need to allow users of Facebook to use their Facebook ID’s to create topics on my (WordPress) blog?
