Can anyone fix this code so it links to the parent category?

hey guys,

can someone help me in fixing this code. Im using it on the single.php page and the problem is that it won’t return the correct parent category link. At the moment it correctly displays the parent category name but the link just sends you back to the home page. Here is the code
