    Can anyone help here? I think the admin is too busy to reply all issues.

    I was told to add below code to solve the problem that add on items are not show up at submenu of “Points”. Can anyone tell which file I should put below code on in order to show up the submenu of “Points” at admin?

    Could you please advise the steps to obtain the screenshot you need here as other users may also want to know.

    It’s not only my problem now. How to obtain screenshots is not something confidential or secret. Let’s share the solution with the public to see whether it’s my problem or your plugin’s problem.

    If it’s our plugin problem we wouldn’t mind admitting it because after all issues improve the plugin but to assure you that your statement is incorrect as this plugin is being used by many users and nobody has reported this issue up till now. Also the plugin is being used for many years if this basic feature is not displaying then don’t you think people would be opening tickets for the same issue or it would have appeared on our side too.     Hi @wpbetsy,

    None of these errors are related to our plugin it is all because your admin dashboard is not able to load some scripts and this error is not something due to which the menu items would be gone. If you know how to check the console error log the inspect element is the same thing. Also you can see in the error there is another plugin which you are using which is causing issue is “product-preview-for-woocommerce” so how do you explain that? If you are using multiple plugins on your site and just want to blame our plugin then how can we help you? Also if it’s another user’s problem he is at our support system and the issue would be resolved soon for him as he is willing to comply. Also for your issue you cannot see 3 menu items log ranks and badges but for that person only log was missing so it’s not similar.

    Hope you would understand this and stop creating more threads on wordpress. If you really want to resolve the issue come on the support ticket and we will resolve it as it’s high time now and you are just talking not complying.

    I didn’t install any plugin called “product-preview-for-woocommerce”. No such plugin folder exists as well!
