Can anyone help me on this? Line of dots on slider

I have installed your great Soliloquy plugin on a site I am building:

I am seeing (across all of my devices) dotted lines above and below the slider. I cannot figure out how to remove these. I didn’t add them and don’t see them anywhere in the page’s code.
Help?! It is driving me batty!
