can anyone interpret hacker's php script injected into xmlrpc.php?

hi Folks,

our site was hacked recently and I’m trying to do a damage control thing, and also understand what their script attempts to do. I’ll see if I can paste the code below. First set of code was injected into xmlrpc.php; second set into wp-cron.php….
