Can category dropdown only show certain categories

Hello, does anyone know of a way to set up the category dropdown to only show certain event categories?

I have a calendar that I only want certain categories to show and I set that up using the category attribute in the shortcode. But when I try to add the category dropdown to the headerCenter it only shows the first category.
