Can certain users be given ability to delete files

    Using Secure file browser 0.4.8 on a Windows server

    The plugin is working very well and users are able to download files.

    My clients have asked if there is a way to assign one or two users a role that allows them to delete files also, without having to be site administrators. They are not real techies and want a simple interface for deleting the files–not to need to go into the backend of WP.

    (Also, as the site admin, I don’t want them somewhere where they can bring down the whole site.)

    Hi Cyrelle,

    it is possible.
    You should be able to give s2member custom capabilities to your users.

    So I can add an option in the shortcode like this for example :
    deletefilecaps="my_custom_cap1,another_custom_cap"

    Then only users with custom capabilities my_custom_cap1 and another_custom_cap will be able to delete files.

    Is this a shortcode that should work with Secure File Browser? I am not seeing anything different on the page that I tried it out on.

    Or, is this something that should work in some other part of s2member?
