Can connect the razorpay

    Hello there,

    I want to reset and reconnect my new razorpay account at the above given website. However, even after uninstallling and retailing the plugin. I couldn’t change my old razorpay account to my new razorpay account. Please help to set my new razorpay account at your plugin.

    There are 2 ways to setup new Razorpay Account in Knit Pay

    1. Create new Configuration using “Add New” option on the Configurations page. After creating new configuration, you can delete old configuration if you want.
    2. You can also update your existing Razorpay configuration. For this, first disconnect the configuration by unchecking “Connected with Razorpay” checkbox and save the configuration. After this connect with a new configuration.

    upon opening the setting I can only see two option ie.

    DISCONNECT IN TEST MODE &

    DISCONNECT IN LIVE MODE

    Hello @srang

    By mistake you raised the ticket in wrong plugin. The option which you are talking about is from different plugin of ours. The plugin which you are using is Razorpay Payment Links for WooCommerce

    To connect Razorpay in the plugin which you are using, just click on the Red Button.

    For connecting in Live mode, click on “Disconnected in Live mode”
    For connecting in Test mode, click on “Disconnected in Test mode”

    Once it’s connected, you will start seeing Green button instead of Red Button.
