  • I’ll try to answer even though it’s not my plugin.
    The plugin extracts the external images, and updates the post_content cell in the given page or post.
    Therefore it is safe to deactivate the plugin.
    But just in case i’m wrong, make a backup, deactivate, check that all is OK, remove, check again, and you’re home safe.
