Can Delete Title Only on Certain Pages, Others Does not Work

It’s really weird but I noticed that on certain pages I can turn off the title (eg grey it out so it doesn’t appear on the actual post but I see it in the backend) but on other pages that option is not available. When I click on the title there’s no icon, nothing.

With additional selectors (e.g., .page, .post, .home) you can restrict this to various post types. Look at the <body> tag on a page to see what selectors are available.
As to SEO, that’s not my expertise. I suggest you visit one of the SEO discussion forums on Google.
