Can evolve be used as a website or is it just a blog?

    Real newbie here so please forgive.

    I downloaded evolve to Bitnami to customize on my computer. So far I have had pretty good luck.

    Hate to ask a really dumb question, but can I make this into a website? It appears like one, but the comments at the bottom threw me off. I image they can be turned off.

    I like a photo of the day. One page with one photo like in my old website: https://www.stevenbolton.net/photos.htm

    Would this be difficult to do, this concept?
