Can File Away do this?

I have a site that is serving as a database of documents and links to various resources. I have a mix of links and docs for the various sub directories. Is there a way to have an entry that is a link only and not a doc so that I can keep all items grouped together or will I have to have a file away list of doc/media files and then the links to websites as a separate list?
