Can find where to update Information on Demo Site

I’m not seeing where to update member info under our team, testimonial info or our focus info.

I see where I’m able to edit the titles and subtitles but not the actual information. Like for example the “our focus” section. The diamonds are where the pictures go and where it says Box 1, there’s no place to change the text in that box.
