Can GA4 Google Analytics be used to track Web Stories? (Rejects ID)

    Hi,

    1. When putting the property id for GA4 into the settings of the Web Stories plugin, it rejects this id.
    2. I put the Universal ID in
    3. GA4 is not collecting data.

    How should this be setup so the data will go to GA4?

  • @stringbenderb5 Hello and thank you for your topic. This is not yet supported in the Web Stories plugin. We’ll update the plugin settings accordingly to support the transition to GA4. For now, we recommend setting up and using UA until it sunsets on July 1, 2023.
