    We are using this plugin in guest mode – where people can type in their email addresses to log and view their tickets.

    Currently we have to ask users if they wish to close their case to keep things tidy – which is an annoyance for support team members and for our users.

    Hopefully I am not missing something, but if the feature doesn’t exist, then what would be nice is for a “Mark as closed” or “Close case” button beside each case listed when they enter their email address.

    Likewise, if they or a support team member has closed their case, the button could say “Re-activate” or “Reopen case”.

    (Likewise, when they click to edit a case, the button / dropdown should be visible then too).

    Does anyone agree or have an idea on how to make it better? Thank you.
