It is a group website and we have one password in order to post. I would like to add the password form since we are just 20 using the website.

I’m not sure.. are you asking about password-protecting the page that displays the USP form?

Not at all. I am asking about password label. Same way we have the title label, post content label etc.

Okay, so if I understand correctly you want to add a label to the form, correct? If so, do you also want to add an input field? Just trying to understand and help, thank you.

    Exactly.

Yes, this should be possible using the Custom Field that is provided by USP. Once enabled, the custom field will enable the user to submit a password along with their submission. Note that the plugin does not have any “password” feature, so the custom field simply will be included with the submitted post; it’s up to your theme or other plugin to actually do something with the information.

With that in mind, here are the steps to using the Custom Field:

    1. Visit USP settings > Form Fields > enable “Custom Fields”
    2. Visit USP settings > “Custom Field Label” and enter “Password” (or whatever)
    3. Save changes and done

You can then refresh the USP form to see the new password field (label and input) ready for action.
