Can I add color to the topic?

Hey guys,

I dont know how many off you ever think off this but do any of you have any topic you wanted to share with anybody like you always wanted it to be visible on the frontpage everyday? Well, I got one and my thing is to change the color of the title or add a image somehow next to the title or something.

Is there some way where I can change the color off the topic or add some kind of image like binarybonsai.com used to have (A heart)?..Thanks.
