Can I add data (custom fields) to a connection between two custom post types

I have a site where I want to create a CPT of people, and a CPT of workplaces, each person can work in more than one workplace, and there is data that is relevant to the connection between the person and specific workplace (title, phone number, etc)

Is there any way using this plugin to create that additional data per connection (it is not data of the workplace or the person)
