Can I add mandatory fees

    For the pro version of vik rent car plugin, is it possible to have mandatory fees or something like a deposit whenever someone tries to book a car.

    This is separate from the normal rate of a car. So when someone tries to book a car, he’ll have to pay the normal pay and mandatory deposit. Need to confirm this before purchasing the plugin.

    Thanks for your message. For questions related to the Pro version of the plugin we suggest getting in touch with our team through our website in order to not go off-topic on this forum.

    We can confirm the Pro/commercial version of the plugin supports custom Options and Extras that you could configure to set up a mandatory fee like a damage/security deposit. Such fees will be displayed in the order summary along with the rate plan chosen for renting the vehicle, in a separate row, and of course the rental order total amount will include the fee.

    You can eventually visit the official demo website of the plugin to find out some examples of mandatory or optional fees/extra services.
