Can I Add Post to Pages or a sticky post to a category

Never used it but it sounds good.

If you are in Worpdress go to the Admin area, click on “Plugins”, “Add New”, In the Search area type in “Pages Posts”. It should be the first one that comes up. The author is Rich Gubby.
